Offer

Cooperation offer

Drawing on more than fifteen years of experience in producing components for the automotive industry, SUNEKO invites everyone who is looking for reliable, honest and proven business partners to cooperate. The invitation is addressed both to companies in the automotive industry and to anyone seeking a supplier of high-quality machining services.

Our IATF 16949 certificate guarantees that high production and quality standards are maintained and that specific customer requirements are met.

Our goal is to build a relationship with the customer based on mutual trust – trust that we build by fulfilling orders with particular attention to quality and the agreed delivery date.

Scope of services

Below we describe the scope of each process and what it means for your order. Surface finishing is carried out in cooperation with proven technology partners.

Milling

Milling is an advanced machining technique that removes material from workpieces, creates complex shapes and finishes surfaces using rotating tools called milling cutters. This versatile method plays a key role in many industries, making it possible to produce parts of high precision and quality – from automotive, aeronautics and astronautics to medicine, electronics and construction.

In a word – milling means precision, speed and versatility.

Turning

Turning is one of the most important machining techniques. It uses a cutting tool to remove material from a part rotating about its own axis. The method is used in many industries. Resistance to heavy loads, cost-effectiveness, speed of production, precision and versatility are the features that set this form of machining apart.

Cutting

automatic band saw and manual band saws

We carry out cutting on an automatic band saw, complemented by manual saws for one-off orders and unusual shapes.

The KASTO A2 SSb machine cuts round material up to Ø 260 mm in diameter and square material up to 260 × 260 mm, while maintaining high dimensional repeatability in series production.

Automatic material feeding and the stable construction of the machine ensure precise cutting even for large batches of orders.

The customer receives parts cut exactly to size, ready for further machining, with no excess material waste.

Drilling

Fanuc Robodrill Alpha 21 CNC machines

We carry out drilling and milling on Fanuc Robodrill Alpha 21 series CNC machining centres, which are characterised by highly dynamic operation and high positioning repeatability. Machines of this series can machine parts within axis travels of approx. 700 mm (X) × 400 mm (Y) × 330 mm (Z), on a table of approx. 850 × 400 mm, with a maximum workpiece load of up to 300 kg.

Thanks to a spindle speed of up to 24,000 rpm and a 21-tool magazine, precise holes and milling operations can be made in a single setup, without the need for changeovers. The customer gets parts of high dimensional accuracy and repeatability, produced quickly even with complex geometry.

Shaft grinding

Tacchella Pulsar C375

We grind shafts on a precision Tacchella Pulsar C375 CNC grinding machine, designed for the finish machining of cylindrical parts.

The machine can grind parts up to approx. Ø 375 mm in diameter with a distance between centres (part length) of up to approx. 900 mm, so it can machine both short and long shafts that require high precision. CNC control ensures full repeatability of the process and makes it possible to machine parts with varied, stepped diameters. For the customer this means finished shafts of high dimensional accuracy and low surface roughness, in line with demanding technical requirements.

Assembly

We assemble parts and subassemblies in line with the technical documentation and the customer’s requirements – from simple mechanical joints to more complex structures. The scope of work covers joining components, quality control of the joints and preparing the finished product for shipment or the next production stage.

Our team has experience in assembling a wide variety of parts, which allows us to adapt flexibly to the specifics of the customer’s project. The result is a finished, checked end product, delivered without the need for any additional work on the customer’s side.

Galvanic coatings and anodising

with partners

We complement part production with galvanic and electrochemical processes, carried out in cooperation with proven technology partners. The range includes zinc plating, zinc-nickel coatings, copper plating, tin plating and anodising. The technology is selected to suit the material, operating conditions and the requirements of the technical documentation. Depending on the process, the coatings increase resistance to corrosion and wear, improve functional properties or give parts the required decorative finish.

Mechanical surface finishing

with partners

As part of our end-to-end service we also provide shot blasting, shot peening (strengthening peening) and vibratory polishing. The processes are performed by specialised partners in line with the technical requirements of the project. They clean, smooth and even out the surface, remove burrs and prepare parts for the next production stages. Shot peening can additionally increase the fatigue resistance of parts and so improve their durability in service.
