Our quality

As “SUNEKO” we declare the quality of our products to be the highest priority of our business, at a level that strictly meets the requirements assumed and agreed with the customer.

We pursue this priority – full customer satisfaction, and the stability and good market position of the company – through the full responsibility of all departments for meeting the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and additional customer, legal and compliance obligations. We have a measuring laboratory that meets the highest requirements for an IATF 16949 internal laboratory. Our equipment includes a contact-optical coordinate measuring machine, a measuring scanner for rotational parts and devices for precise measurement of roughness and zinc coatings.

Quality is not the job of one department

Quality does not belong to a single workstation or a single department. At SUNEKO, responsibility for meeting the Customer’s requirements covers every department, and we solve problems as a team — as part of the continuous improvement of our organisation, processes and products.

This approach is backed by concrete inspection equipment:

  • Contact-optical coordinate measuring machine

    Measuring the dimensions and geometry of the parts we make.

  • Measuring scanner for rotational parts

    Inspection of shafts, axles and other turned parts.

  • Roughness and zinc coating measurement

    Precise measurement of surface structure and coatings.

Certificates

Certificates are published unchanged, in Polish and English. Before using a document in a qualification procedure, please confirm that it is current.
