We are a company with many years of experience in machining. Our services
We offer a wide range of CNC turning and milling services, including prototype parts, series production and custom parts. Our services also include thorough quality inspections, ensuring that every part leaving our company meets the highest standards.

Milling
Creating more complex shapes, including flat, 3D and irregular parts.

Turning
Machining of cylindrical parts such as shafts, axles and sleeves.

Cutting
Automatic KASTO A2 SSb band saw (up to Ø 260 mm) plus manual saws for one-off orders and unusual shapes.

Drilling
Drilling and milling on Fanuc Robodrill Alpha 21 CNC centres — in a single setup, without changeovers.

Shaft grinding
Tacchella Pulsar C375 CNC grinder: shafts up to Ø 375 mm and up to approx. 900 mm long, including stepped diameters.

Assembly
Assembly of parts and subassemblies — from simple mechanical joints to complex structures, with quality control of the joints.

Galvanic coatings and anodising
Zinc plating, zinc-nickel coatings, copper plating, tin plating and anodising, carried out with partners.
