About us

Production capacity

Our machine park is geared to high-volume CNC machining of high-precision parts on turning automats and milling machines. We have experience producing parts for the automotive industry, backed by the IATF 16949 certificate.

Part design and machine programming are supported by the SolidWorks CAD/CAM system.

Dimensional inspection of the parts we make is carried out on a Baty Venture optical-coordinate measuring machine.

From bar stock to a finished assembly

We carry out the successive machining stages on our own machines — one chain of processes from raw material to the finished product.

  1. Cutting
  2. Turning
  3. Milling
  4. Grinding
  5. Assembly

Finishing processes — galvanic coatings, anodising, shot peening, shot blasting and vibro polishing — are carried out in cooperation with our partners.

KASTO A2 SSb automatic band saw

We cut on an automatic band saw, complemented by manual saws for one-off orders and unusual shapes.

Automatic material feeding and the stable construction of the machine ensure precise cutting even for large batches of orders.

Turning machines

Turned shafts and axles.

Swiss-type turning automats

Lathes from renowned Japanese manufacturers, distinguished by high accuracy and repeatable production.

Three machines are 7-axis Swiss-type turning automats.

Maximum part diameter
32 mm
Maximum part length
600 mm

7-axis turning automat

One machine is a 7-axis turning automat.

Maximum part diameter (production with a bar feeder)
52 mm
Maximum part length (production with a bar feeder)
100 mm

Driven tools and bar feeders

Driven tools can be used on all the machines. They are also equipped with bar feeders, so the machining process can run fully automatically.

Milling machines

Fanuc Robodrill Alpha 21 CNC milling machines

Three milling machines from the Japanese company Fanuc, characterised by very high speed and repeatability.

Two machines have a programmable DDR rotary table, enabling work in four axes.

Drilling and milling are done in a single setup, without changeovers — thanks to a spindle of up to 24,000 rpm and a 21-tool magazine.

Table area
850×410 mm
Working area (X × Y × Z)
700 × 400 × 330 mm
Maximum workpiece weight
300 kg
Spindle speed
up to 24,000 rpm
Tool magazine
21 tools

Grinding

Tacchella Pulsar C375 CNC grinding machine

A precision CNC grinding machine for the finish machining of cylindrical parts — both short and long shafts that require high precision.

CNC control ensures full repeatability of the process and makes it possible to machine parts with varied, stepped diameters.

Diameter of ground parts
up to approx. Ø 375 mm
Distance between centres (part length)
up to approx. 900 mm

Assembly of parts and subassemblies

From simple mechanical joints to more complex structures — in line with the technical documentation and the customer’s requirements.

The scope of work covers joining components, quality control of the joints and preparing the finished product for shipment or the next production stage.
